Our one-day Kidnap for Ransom and Extortion: incident management workshops provide intensive training on pre-incident planning and crisis response.
The workshops are designed for staff with critical incident management team (CIMT) responsibilities and provide participants with:
- A greater understanding of kidnap for ransom and extortion: the risks, issues, considerations and processes
- The knowledge and tools to help reduce the risk and prepare your organisation to respond to an incident
- Experience of dealing with a ‘live’ incident as part of a critical incident management team (CIMT)
- A framework with which to build your organisations crisis management plan
- Certification that you have completed the course
